PinMyListings is software that helps Etsy sellers make, schedule and export Pinterest pins. We sell a tool, not a business opportunity. We do not promise, and cannot promise, that you will get any particular amount of traffic, sales or income from using it.
This disclaimer applies to PinMyListings and every add-on and upgrade sold with it, including Seasonal Gift Packs, Pro Unlimited, Pro Lite, the DFY Pin Template Vault, the Agency License, Auto-Publish and the Reseller License (together, the "Products"), and to every page, email, video and other material in which we describe them. The Products are sold by Sunmesa Labs ("we", "us").
Pinterest can send visitors to an Etsy shop, but whether that happens for you, and whether those visitors buy, depends on many things we don't control, including:
Many people who buy software tools never use them fully and see little or no result. You should assume that you may earn nothing from using the Products.
Pins, screenshots and examples on our pages show what the software produces. They were made by PinMyListings from listings in our own shop and are not evidence of traffic or sales. Figures such as "about 5 minutes per listing" or "45–60 minutes by hand" are our estimates of time, not of results, and your time may differ.
We do not currently publish customer income or sales claims. If we ever show a customer result, it will be that person's own experience, not a typical result, and we will say so next to it.
The Agency License lets you use the software to make pins for client shops, and the Reseller License lets you create and sell PinMyListings accounts. Neither includes clients, customers, leads or traffic. Whether you find clients or customers, what you charge and what you earn is entirely up to you, and any price guide or pitch template we provide is a suggestion, not a prediction of income.
Words such as "grow", "more traffic", "be found" or "sell more" describe what the software is designed to help with. They are not promises about your future results.
Nothing in the Products or on our pages is legal, financial, tax or business advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions that depend on them.
You are responsible for your own actions and results, for following the rules of Etsy, Pinterest and any other platform you use, and for checking every pin before you publish it. Our Terms of Service set out the full terms of use, and our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.
Each Product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a Product isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase through WarriorPlus or by emailing us.
