Terms of Service
Last updated: October 21, 2026
- Use the app for your own Etsy shop(s), or for clients if you have the Agency License.
- You approve every pin, and you are responsible for what you publish.
- We do not promise traffic or sales.
- Plans are one-time payments through WarriorPlus. Refunds follow the policy on the sales page.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Sunmesa Labs ("we", "us") about using PinMyListings (the "app"). By buying a plan or using the app, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the app for a business, you accept them for that business.
2. What the app does
The app reads your Etsy listings, uses AI to write Pinterest pin text, draws pin images from templates, and lets you review, schedule and export your pins as a CSV file for Pinterest's bulk upload. Some plans add features such as more shops, more templates or posting directly to Pinterest. What each plan includes is described on its sales page and on the Upgrades page in the app.
3. Your account
- Your account is for one person. Do not share your login. Reseller License holders may create separate accounts for their own customers, within their plan's limit.
- Keep your password safe and tell us at once if you think someone else used your account.
- The details you give us, such as your email address, must be correct.
4. Plans, payment and refunds
- Plans are sold through WarriorPlus as one-time payments unless the sales page says otherwise. Each plan has limits, such as the number of shops and the number of pins the app writes with our AI each month.
- "Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use: up to 1,500 AI-written pins a month with our AI account. If you add your own OpenRouter key in Settings, our monthly limits do not apply to pins written with it, and you pay OpenRouter directly.
- Refunds follow the refund policy on the sales page where you bought the plan and are handled through WarriorPlus. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the plan it unlocked is removed from your account.
5. Your shops
- Use the app only with Etsy shops that you own or manage. When you add a shop, it is locked to your account. Your plan sets how many shops you can add.
- If you add a shop by mistake, write to us and we will help.
- With the Agency License, you may make pins for client shops, provided each client has agreed to it.
6. Your content and your responsibility
- Your listings, photos and pins stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you, for example to send listing text to our AI providers and to host the pin images that Pinterest downloads.
- AI can make mistakes. The app asks you to review and approve every pin before it can be exported or posted. Check that each pin is accurate and does not promise anything your listing does not offer: sizes, materials, prices, discounts, delivery times or results.
- You are responsible for what you publish and for following the rules of Pinterest, Etsy and the law, including rules on advertising, trademarks and copyright.
- Template badges such as "Instant download" or seasonal labels are design elements. Only use them when they are true for your product.
7. Things you must not do
- Use other sellers' shops or listings without permission, or make pins that copy someone else's products or brand.
- Use the app to send spam or to publish misleading, illegal or harmful content.
- Try to get around plan limits or shop locks, overload the app, or access it with bots or scrapers.
- Copy, resell or redistribute the app, its code or its templates, unless your plan (such as the Reseller License) allows it. Pin images you create with the templates are yours to publish, including for commercial use.
8. Other services
The app works with services we do not control, including Etsy, Pinterest, OpenRouter and WarriorPlus. Their own terms apply when you use them. If one of them changes or limits its service, some features may stop working or change, and we will do our best to adapt. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc. PinMyListings is not affiliated with Pinterest.
9. No promise of results
The app helps you make and schedule pins. Traffic, clicks and sales depend on many things outside our control, such as your products, prices, photos, Pinterest's algorithms and the market. We do not promise any level of traffic, income or sales. Examples on our sales pages are illustrations, not typical results.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running and improving, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. We will not remove a core feature of a plan you bought without offering a fair alternative, such as a similar feature or a partial refund.
11. Ending your account
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing logins, abusing limits or publishing harmful content. Where reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix it.
12. Disclaimer and limit of liability
The app is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we give no warranties beyond those in these terms. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or problems with your Pinterest or Etsy account. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for important changes we will let you know by email or in the app. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, you accept the new terms.
